We are using this in front of a sofa in our family room, as a combo ottoman/coffee table. We have put a small butlers tray in the center to hold drink glasses and snacks. The sofa is a fold/out guest bed, so we needed something light enough to move out of the way if needed.
The ottoman was easy to put together, with no major problems in fit or finish. Lots of storage for four pillows and a light blanket, and sturdy enough for our purposes. Note that it is a couple feet narrower than the sofa (queen size as a sleeper). Also note that our plan of use is relatively light duty. I dont know how this would hold up to being sat upon multiple times per day by a heavier adult every day while dressing, or being jumped upon by kids. Quality product.
