This chair arrived in less than stellar condition, the bottom feet were poking out of the box and had a couple dings and dents, so I did not even open the box because I didnt want to have to deal with it, so I submitted a refund request with pictures of the box to show that it arrived in poor condition. I ended up keeping the chair after a few messages with the seller because the chair itself wasnt damaged just the feet and it was still functioning (I did receive a discounted for the damage). Overall Im very happy I decided to keep the chair because its adorable and very comfortable on my lower back. For comfort reference I sit in this chair for 5+ hours Monday through Friday.
I did remove a star for shipping condition which I believe could be easily avoided if boxed in a larger box with more protection. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Save some money and buy this.
