The two boxes are not light. It took two USP workers to get them off the truck. It was fairly easy to de/box it. I was glad though that my roommate was her to help me. Lining up the long back was giving me problems, but with the two of us, we got it. The listing says that it is gray, but it looks more of a blue gray. All/in/all it was a very good purchase. I like small areas in my home and this sofa is perfect for one of them. Better directions.
