The foot board had an 11/4 cracked hole in it where the paint was damaged and it broke through to 1/2 oth other side. That was part 4. . 6 9 a leg supporting leg had a little over a half inch dentTook photos of the pcs they wher replaced. The boxes had no damage, so Im guessing just poor quality control. Customer service was nice, they sent the replacement parts quickly. Some nice solid wood pieces, but foot board very thin and flimsy. You get what you pay for, it was only a couple hundred dollars.
