I received the queen size platform in the box 117Lbs. Took it in the room, I found that the back of the head board is teared off at 2 locations.
I requested for the replacement.
ask me to drop off the 117 Lbs box (85x40x7 ) at UPS location to return !
It is too big and too heavy for me to handle.
