This is a nice bed but is unfortunately not true to size (Queen). The wooden slats do not provide sufficient enough support for a thick memory foam mattresses and youre forced to look for better alternatives. Please do not purchase the bunkie board for this bed frame as it will not fit due to this frame being smaller than an actual Queen size. I can not recommend anyone with a memory foam mattress purchase this bed unless you have a better solution for the wooden slats from the beginning.
customer care is also quite slow at responding to any inquiries and when you finally receive a response it seems they skip over most of your questions anyway.
