Bought this for our 11 year old son and have had it for over a year. We have bought two other beds for our girls and they have stayed together for five years so we thought wed be ok with this one. When putting together be careful with the back of the bookcase. A couple of the nails went through the front because we didnt have it centered correctly. It is a beautiful bed and is strong when put together. However, Im giving this a three because all three drawers keep falling apart. The fronts will not stay on. I ended up gluing them back on with wood glue. Two of the fronts have stayed on after several months but one will not stay on and the drawer does not stay together without the front. I called for replacements but at that point it had been too long so they would not replace them. Im not even sure how to get the replacement drawers for this bed. If anyone knows please let me know.
Beautiful and sturdy, but bad drawers.
