I have to throw out a completely new frame I am unable to post pictures its not giving me the option to do so I would like to share not only with the seller but buyers what they are getting themselves into when they buy this frame. The frame is not true to the twin dimension, some pieces came damaged, my package did not come with the necessary Allen key to assemble, had to borrow one from a neighbor also the slates are not even do not align with the frame and only screw in from one side. There is no way for you to align them correctly which makes this useless. My son is special needs and he needs his own bed unfortunately his mattress went through the frame and im glad he did not get hurt severely. I cannot afford to ship back the package; I dont have the packaging either I was not expecting a defective package when I buy things on its because Im expecting a guarantee on what Im seeing online. all so many boxes that I receive are usually beat up and muscle my products come fine but this time there were damaged pieces. At this time customer service did reach out to me and I am inquiring about my refund.
