When the product arrived I assembled it myself and while it was time consuming it wasnt difficult to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. The bed looked great and my son enjoyed it for a couple of weeks but one morning one of the support pieces snapped and the bed collapsed. I read through reviews and this doesnt seem to be a problem for others so maybe ours was just defective. Customer service was excellent from start to finish of the return process and gave me a full refund. I gave them 5 stars overall because the bed collapsing could have been caused by a number of factors but they did everything they could to make it right. Well made just what I was looking for!
