The bed is wonderful. Assembly takes time but isnt difficult at all. Instructions are very clear. The materials are good quality. Best part of the entire experience was by far the impeccable customer service. One of the boxes must have been damaged during shipping and a piece was missing. The company responded immediately to the issue and sent replacement parts within a day or so! Very impressed by the clear attention to detail in the design and construction of the product as well commitment to customer satisfaction. 5 stars!!! Good Product.
