A nice little chair for the price, and the massager is very nice, but materials and construction are definitely on the cheap side. If you sometimes hoist yourself out of a chair by pressing your elbows into the armrests as I do, youre going to get a nasty crunching sound and a depression in your armrest as I did. Also when I was unplugging the A/C adapter, one of the prongs from the adapter pulled loose from the adapter and from the wire to which it was (barely) attached and remained in the outlet. Seat height is perhaps a little low.
