Hired Home Services to assemble. Technician informed us that two major pieces (back wall panels) were missing. Looks like a decent piece of furniture however seem to have less than good quality process control. Hopefully company will send replacement parts soon and technician will show up again to assemble. Would actually like to purchase a couple more if the product looks like good quality after completely assembled.
