These beds are absolutely perfect. I love the sturdiness and the simple design. My boys love them. BUT it was an absolute pain dealing with the errors we encountered before finally able to set them up.
First off, we ordered TWO twin beds. shipping was two days later than what prime stated. And then when we finally get the beds, we are not given two twin beds, but one twin and one QUEEN sized bed. Since it was a Friday, we wait until Monday for UPS to pick the queen bed up. We wait until next day for refund and then order the other twin bed.
We receive the twin bed on time BUT the instructions on how to set the bed up are missing. If we didnt keep the instructions from the first bed, we would not have been able to set it up (I realize now that you can find the instructions on the page, but still.)
So all in all, I would give this review five stars, but the mistakes were avoidable if made sure everything was correct.
