Comfortable and Stable Top, Fancy and Convenient, Oval is Best For Ottoman
The only thing that I dont like so much about this ottoman/stool is that the inside walls arent solid, but rather a thin black fabric pulled over periodic spacings of wood supports. I think for this brand, there should definitely be solid walls and the fact that there arent cheapens the quality for the price.
That being said, I love how cushiony, stable and comfortable the top of this is. Its so easy to rest my feet on as well as for me to sit on and Im plus-sized. The inner portion is easily big enough to put a couple of rolled up lightweight throws, or one heavier weight throws. The outer fabric is velvety with a metallic gold band separating the top from the bottom portion.
Unless theres something heavy placed within it, this ottoman is easy to move around, albeit a bit awkward as there are no handles, which is fine. This does feel well-constructed, although Im annoyed that the inner walls arent solid inside.
I think the oval shape is the best for an ottoman over the round shape, because I can easily put both feet/legs on this without feeling like I dont have enough room. The height is just high enough for me and this works just as good for me and my needs as Id hoped. It looks almost too fancy for my space, but I dont care; this is comfortable, well-cushioned and very stable. Thanks for reading.
