Once I received and set/up this beautiful chair, I realized it did not meet the needs of what I was expecting for my home. Ununately, I did need to return it. The customer service was AMING! Not only were they punctual with their responses via email, but they also called and spoke with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was completely SHOCKED when the woman I spoke with decided I could keep the chair free of charge as a gift for not meeting my standards, as well as a full refund.
