Arrived just fine, no damage. Took my husband maybe 20 minutes to set up, but hes also use to this type of thing so probably faster for him than others. We did put an XL twin on this, it fits perfectly as long as you dont add the last bar on the headboard. Its also nice and low to the ground so its easy for our son to get on and off of. Highly recommend this bed frame. :)
