We just purchased this bed for our three year old son who wanted a big boy bed. I was a little nervous of no rails being on the side and getting a bed too high in case he accidentally falls off the side; however, when we got this bed, it was PERFECT height and size for him to transition into a big boy bed. Weve had it for a little over a month now and I havent found a flaw with it yet! :)
