They responded to my issue very quickly. This bed is beautiful and matched the paxberry twin headboard I already have. Easy to assemble but quite heavy. Two people can knock it out in 1/2 hr was missing the 3 center support legs shown in photos so be prepared to purchase support brackets sold on
