We got this in place of our kitchen table and it works amingly in our space. It was easy to assemble in terms of the directions but dont expect assembly to take you any less than an hour and a half. Lots of little pieces but it is so worth it. We get compliments on this piece all the time. We got it on sale but to be honest even at full price its worth it.
