This fit the bill for our baby boys nursery. We wanted a large rug that didnt break the bank. We got this in 8x10 and it was the only one I could find for our $200 budget. It covers most of the hardwood in his room, which is perfect. It is NOT thick, plush, shaggy as the title describes. It is not as full and shaggy as it looks in the picture. It is soft and it works. Just dont expect a thick shag rug with this purchase.
