The arrived well packaged and in good condition, no damage or defects. I bought it in navy blue which looks great with our light grey walls. The appearance looks just as advertised and it was easy to assemble, took about 20 minutes. As far as comfort, it is on the stiff side but I read other reviews that it gets more comfortable when broken in. If you have a small room or have a door threshold that will not allow you to fit a sofa or into the room, this is a great option.
