Great customer service This is probably the fifth set up we have used for our small spaces home, for our two young boys. Bunks can be very bulky and a pain to assemble, but these were very easy, and they are a much smaller foot print than some. Our kiddos love them! The only negative is the terrible smell from the sealer, but thats how anything coming in a box is.
