Cushy and cool

2 out of 3 boxes arrived, got them upstairs by myself, not bad.(Yeah! 3rd box arrived next day) Had Ottoman and Chaise ( I think). Ottoman is one piece w/legs. Just push to close- no trick. I was afraid to try, and couldn't find anything online to help me figure out how to close, but it pushed closed . I hope the rest comes soon, it's nice material, (came next day) doesn't stick to skin, I'm concerned about it getting damaged, by a toy or other item. VERY CUSHY! Soft and comfy. I like the foot rest for chaise is independent and ottoman, 3 pieces easy to move around. Looks great!

Perfect smaller couch

We got this for our upstairs loft. Perfect size and great comfort. Love the big ottoman with storage. Also love the little ottoman for chase lounge or footstool. At first we were sent wrong color for part of couch, but company honored correct shipment.

Great Customer Service - Good Value!

Great Customer Service! It was very easy to assemble and relatively light but you may want to use furniture 'sliders' for the legs. Everything looked good but after a month I noticed the seam on of cushions seems to be a bit crooked. So I contacted company/seller to see what I could do about it and I received a reply within 24hrs. The seller asked if I wanted to a replacement cushion. The replacement cushion is on it's way as I type! NOTE: EXCELLENT communication and service defines a great seller and company. This seller accomplished both. Thanks!

Just what I needed.

Haven't had it long. Arrived within a week. All boxes arrived the same day. It is the perfect size for my home office. It is smaller than the furniture it replaced, but that was the plan. I'm 5' 4. Comfortable for me. Very easy to put together. I have 2 medium sized dogs, so something that can be easily cleaned is a must.

Comes with no instructions

Came in pieces over a weeks time, and didnt have any directions. It was extremely hard to put together without instructions , but once you figure it out, I guess its pretty straightforward . Overall its a very comfortable couch and the ottoman is great fit storage .

Solid and comfortable!

First off Im a big dude, 64 pushing 400, so finding furniture Im comfortable in isnt as always easy. This couch was easy as pie to assemble. My 9 year old and I knocked it out quick. I cant believe how solid it is and very comfortable. I cannot recommend this enough.

Good product, good customer service

The couch is very good, looks decent as well. One of the frames was damaged during shipping, but they replaced that frame within a couple of days. Happy with the product and service.

Seems like it's going to be perfect

My hubby and I decided to buy this couch to replace the 50 year old, yellow, over stuffed couch that he had gotten from his grandmother and we've been using for the past decade. With the chaise and the GIANT storage ottoman, this couch still has a smaller footprint than the old one, but with far more usable surface area. It took us longer to unpackage everything than it did to assemble it. It really is easy to put together. We weren't missing any items. It's only been a few hours since we received everything, but the cushions are puffing up nicely. (In the past we purchased very expensive pillows for our bed and they took almost 3 months to fully expand from their vacuumed state, so what we see after a few hours is great!) Some of the cushions are a bit wrinkly because they came vacuum packed, but that's not a deal breaker for us. I know a couple of the reviews say it's lower than a normal couch, but it's the same seat level as all of the rest of our furniture...and we've got a lot of furniture. I absolutely love the modular nature of the couch. I can have a standard sofa, a sofa with chaise, or a sleeper. We don't have children, and aren't particularly tough on our furniture, so at this point, I don't see any reason why there would be any complaints from us. My crazy hubby loves that the bases are left hollow because he's designing a bottom so that they can also be used for storage of extra blankets and pillows. If after some standard usage things change, I'll update my review.

Perfect for small space

Nice sofa

The sofa looks great in our apartment, the material is perfect for the price. The sofa itself is comfy, the L shape is a bit firmer then the rest of the cushions. Did wish the sofa was a bit higher, its a bit low to the ground but still works out. We also bought the ottoman when guests sleep over which is also a storage unit (a huge plus). The biggest downfall is how long it takes for all the pieces to arrive. The pieces come is various boxes (a total of 3 boxes for my order) so dont be surprised. Positives are how easy it is to assemble, the look and feel and lastly the comfort.
