Quality falls short

After just a short time, my back starts to ache, making it impossible to relax. I had expected a much cozier seating experience, but this sofa falls far short of that expectation.

The sofa itself is good, but the packaging is terrible. When the box arrived, it was very fragile and had already fallen apart.
