Great quality bunk bed
Loved it . Easy to assembly with the help of my 15 year old we got it set up. He loves it more! Very sturdy and great quality bunk bed. Very cute, looks just like the pictures.
Splinter heaven, beware.
Its a nice system but the finish is rough and my kids have both gotten splinters from the rails. however I would not recommend anyone buy this.
A lot of work but worth it
Takes a while to put it together, but once done, its nice.Having Full Size beds in lieu of a twin size is nice Just as pictured very happy with my purchase.

Good customer Service. Good product for the price point
Product is easy to put together. It takes a bit of time if you are working by yourself, and you will need someone to help you hold pieces or lift the top onto the bottom at some point. Bunk bed is sturdy when it gets put together. Our daughters are little right now so its plenty sturdy for them. You could easily add another cross piece or plywood for more support as they get older if need be. My wife and daughter were both on the top bunk and it held them easily. They recommend a 6 inch mattress in the top. We currently have an 8 inch mattress at the top. The guardrail might offer a little more protection with the 6 inch mattress if you are worried about that. But it still blocks the kids from rolling out even with an 8 inch mattress. Two pieces were cracked in shipping. Looks like the box got damaged, and so two pieces on the top were split. I communicated with the company and they quickly settled with a partial refund, and I fixed the splits myself. This is what I asked for. They would have refunded the full amount for a return, but we wanted to keep the bunk bed since its difficult to find a full over full bunkbed. They responded quickly via email and agreed. Excellent! Decent for the price
Nice bunk bed/missing pieces/no contact from seller.
Missing parts. Customer service very hard to get a hold of. Package delivered to wrong address. Had to go pick up bunkbeds from the other location. These boxes were over 80lbs each. Just really annoyed I cant get a hold of anyone to get the missing parts to put this bed together. The espresso finish is beautiful and the bunkbeds are a perfect size. Just really upset with not being able to talk to someone. Quality of is very good other than this issue.

My son loves this bunk bed. It was easy to put together but time consuming. Will take 2 people for some steps. Only one of the two boxes of parts were delivered. The company was extremely helpful and attentive in getting this resolved. They also gave me a credit for the inconvenience. There are some weight restrictions. 200lb for bottom and 150lb for top. My husband is around 175lbs and noticed the bed creak a bit when he kind of plopped down on the bottom bunk to read my son a story. Overall, its worth the price I think and is a nice bed. ALL GOOD!
Mixed results
Overall it was not to difficult putting together.Their were some pieces that the maker messed up on and used heavy amounts of glue to keep the cracks that there screw made together .Price wise 500 a bit much for the type of wood However after its all done it does look nice So far meets my expectations
Nice but no space for heads
No head space on the bottom bunk kid cant sit up. Not worth the money.
