Chinese Cigarette butts found inside frame!!!!

?Received this bed today that we had ordered for our 8 year old son. This became a good dad and son product until we heard things moving around inside the bars, I chalked this up to material inside from when the wholes were cut. We got about half way through the building process and inside of bar #11 there was a Chinese cigarette butt!! I then had to explain to my 8 year old that he couldn’t have this bed because of that, the poor thing was heart-broken..

Massively pissed because the wobble on this bed seems like it can collapse any minute

?This bed is so wobbly. I tried contacting the manufacturer for replacement parts because the middle beam is not connected properly and they said they couldn't do anything. Massively pissed because the wobble on this bed seems like it can collapse any minute. Yes I tightened everything. Assembly took 2 hours. Not worth it to take everything apart.

Dissatisfied!

11 days after delivery and still don't have all the parts to a bed that is paid for. Out of 8 pegs for the ladder and only 1 in the box.

It’s ok I give 2 start because I like the high

3 of the metal were bend but my fiancé was able to get them same style at a store near by

Junk

Absolute junk. Couldn’t even get it together. Pieces don’t match up with the holes. Don’t buy it.

Terrible experience..

After receiving our purchase we took out all the parts to find that the sealed hardware bag was missing the necessary screws and tools to assemble the beds. When we called customer service to inform them that we were missing pieces, we asked if we could go to a local hardware store to purchase replacements. The customer service rep claimed the screws that were missing were "proprientaritary" and that we would have to wait for them to ship out a new set. Since it was a Friday when we received the bed, we had to wait until the following Tuesday for the pieces. Sadly, after getting the express shipped parts on Tuesday, we found out that we were still missing 2 important screws!!! Our children have been very frustrated looking at their new bed sit in pieces for a week. Not a good experience at all...

Really bad quality control on this bed

After three attempts we finally got all the right pieces... Really bad quality control on this bed.

You get what you pay for

Assembly was actually not bad. I rated poorly due to holes not lining up and one not even being straight. Had to bend things a little to make it work. Pretty shaky once its assembled but most of these cheap metal loft beds are. Overall it's kind of a piece. But it was less than $200. I was hoping to luck out but I guess you get what you pay for.

Not very sturdy

Bars bent very easily while my daughters slept on them. They didn't jump on their beds or rough house but over a little time sleeping on them the bars kept bending more and more. Bought for a toddler and 6yr old. I love that they can be set up as bunk beds or 2 twin size beds.
