This is a replacement for the one that I had. The vented top allows for a breeze but my last umbrella unfortunately bent with a very strong wind.

Good umbrella for the price.
I like this umbrella, although the fabric is a little thin. Its a great price for the size. I would recommend it to anyone who needs this size umbrella. I had a smaller umbrella and needed this 9 ft. one for the umbrella screen that fits over the top.

this umbrella has been great for us. I LOVE the crank open feature, its so easy to handle anyone can do it by themselves without any assistance. And the tilt feature is also very easy to work. you can tilt it as you need it and it works really good. would recommend
Very Nice for the Price
I am very pleased with this umbrella. I dont like to spend much on them because they get beat up under the Arizona sun. The price was right on this one, it is a nice neutral beige and, as others have noted, in a lighter material than canvas which makes it very easy to work with if you need to move it around. The crank works very smoothly. I ordered the Dc America UB14181-BR Square Cast Stone Umbrella Base - Bronze to hold it in place and am happy with the combination.

Wonderful! Better than expected.
This 9 foot umbrella was easy to assemble and looks great over our small square patio table. Very easy to crank open and close and tilt when needed. We got a storm the night we put it up and after closing it shut and securely tying it with the included tie, it held up fine. Absolutely no complaints. Great value!
away with the wind
The breath flaps at the top allow some wind to pass without blowing the whole thing into the neighbors yard but it is not open enough to always prevent it so its best to keep it folded down except when actually using it. The vendor was great and the packaging was better than normal for an object of this shape. The spines do tend to come out of the fabric but its an easy and fast fix every time. The spines slipping out occurs when cranking it up or down. I like the crank feature better than the old push/pull way to getting it up or down. The crank under the fabric is a little difficult to get used to but I dont know where else they could put the crank.
